Our mentoring program provides opportunities for development for both junior and senior employees. It was all born out of a need identified in the career meetings that all our employees conduct regularly. The result is a mentoring program that provides a two-way opportunity for personal development, both mentor and adept receive an exchange that enriches.
As an adept, this is an excellent opportunity for knowledge development and supervision. A more senior colleague can see a challenge from a different perspective and together you will find new ways forward. Maybe you need help in a career choice? Or have you encountered a challenge in the assignment, or in your project team? It is you and your needs that set the agenda.
As a mentor, you get the opportunity to develop your analytical skills and grow as a leader. It is also a unique opportunity to make internal contacts and gain insight into other organizations. In the meeting with more junior employees, you get new perspectives and challenge your own ideas about the consulting role.
